RATES:

At Millwood Manor, we offer affordable rates that make your stay comfortable and convenient. Please not that we have a minimum 2-night stay requirement. 

Our pricing structure is as follows:

• R330 per person per night.
• R210 per child aged 3 to 12 years per night. 
• Please note that the minimum fee for the entire house per night is R2200.00

For larger groups of more than 20 people, we are happy to discuss and negotiate special rates tailored to your specific needs. We want to accommodate everyone, so please feel free to reach out, and we'll work with you to create the perfect stay for your group.

When making a booking, we require a 50% deposit. You can request a quote that will be sent to your email address. The account should be paid in full, and we do not accept partial payments.

We understand that plans can change, therefore we offer a full refund if you cancel 7 days before your booking. If the cancellation is within 7 days of your stay, we will retain 50 percent of the deposit. 

Our rates include white percale sheets and bedding, fluffy bath towels, limited supplies of toilet paper and bath soap to get you started, and cleaning products. Please note that during the summer months, guests should bring their own swimming towels. 

Additional Information:

• A small amount of complimentary firewood is provided, and should you require extra, it is available at R70 per grain bag. 
• For those who appreciate local cuisine, Karoo lamb chops, potjie meat, and local wors can be pre-arranged with Sharon. 
• We also offer some homemade products, including rusks, fig jam, sweet hot-chilli, lemon cordial, and more, available in the "Honesty Shop" located in the kitchen.
• For coffee enthusiasts, there is a drip percolating coffee machine available, so please bring your own ground coffee to enjoy your morning brew.
• The house is equipped with Solar and Eskom power and hot water. In case of power outages, we provide lamps and gas cookers. Load shedding bulbs are placed strategically in the house. Fresh rainwater is provided for drinking.
• Entertainment options include playing cards, UNO, Backgammon, and a dartboard. If you plan to use the dartboard, there are darts for your use.  There are shafts and flights available in the Honesty Shop.
• Marinda is available for housekeeping services upon request at a rate of R250 per day. If you choose to utilize her services, she can prepare delicious roosterbrood or potbrood, which can be arranged with her personally. Please provide your own cake flour and instant yeast for this.

All additional charges will be added to your final account.

Please note that the area is serviced by a Vodacom tower and data usage may be slow. There is  Wi-Fi but no  TV. Guests can request a small Smart TV, by arrangement, should they want to stream via their own laptop and HDMI cable.

Guests are advised that, depending on conditions at the time, there might be mosquitoes. We recommend taking necessary precautions to ensure a comfortable stay.

At Millwood Manor, we want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. 

• Access to Millwood Manor is via a 12km stretch of dirt road from Klipplaat. This road is typically accessible by a small car. Feel free to inquire about the road's condition before booking.
• Regrettably, we do not allow pets on our premises, as Millwood Manor is a working farm. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside Millwood Manor. We kindly request that you enjoy your smoking outdoors.
